Tesla (race harassment), obtained a $1,600,000 settlement for her client in a sexual harassment case, and obtained her clients mid-six figure settlements in disability discrimination and whistleblower cases. She represented clients in high profile cases such as Kepnach, et al. v. Four Barrel Coffee and Lambert v. Tesla.

Prior to joining the California Civil Rights Law Group, Navruz spent years representing employees whose civil rights were violated, worked at the National Bureau of Asian Research in Seattle, the United Nations Development Program’s Economic Governance Unit in Uzbekistan, and performed in national and international piano competitions, including the United States Open Music Competition, where she won first place in the Showcase Solo Category.
