Rory Hayes

Rory joined the California Civil Rights Law Group full-time in the fall of 2023. He has a passion for employee rights and civil rights and has worked on matters relating to disability harassment and discrimination, race harassment and discrimination, as well as sex harassment and discrimination, helping the CCRLG to obtain results for our clients.

Rory graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Santa Clara University School of Law, earning multiple awards for achieving the highest grade in a variety of courses and particularly excelling in legal research and writing. During law school, Rory externed for District Judge Edward J. Davila of the Northern District of California and worked as a research assistant at the law school.

In his spare time, Rory enjoys playing ice hockey, video games, and music.
