Cimone is a committed advocate for California workers, and has spent her career fighting for employees’ rights.

She has handled cases at all stages of litigation, from initial settlement negotiations up through trial. Cimone has obtained millions in settlements and other resolutions for her clients in racial harassment, sexual harassment, and disability discrimination cases. Prior to attending law school, Cimone worked as a paralegal handling workers’ compensation claims. During law school, she worked as a bar-certified student attorney litigating prisoner civil rights cases, volunteered at organizations that provide advice and assistance to California employees who have been mistreated at work, and worked with the California Civil Rights Law Group.

Cimone lives in Sacramento with her cat, Herbert. In her free time she enjoys sewing and crocheting new additions to her novelty sweater collection.
