Navruz Avloni’s practice focuses on plaintiff’s employment litigation. Prior to joining California Civil Rights Law Group, Navruz gained valuable litigation, employment and labor experience at firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, California. Ms. Avloni graduated from the University of California Davis School of Law. While in law school, she worked as a bar certified student attorney in the Civil Rights Clinic and Sacramento County Superior Court. Upon graduation, Ms. Avloni received the King Hall Public Service Law Program Certificate.

Prior to law school, Ms. Avloni worked at the National Bureau of Asian Research in Seattle, Washington; interned in the United Nations Development Program’s Economic Governance Unit in Tashkent, Uzbekistan; and performed in national and international piano competitions, including the United States Open Music Competition, where she won first place in the Showcase Solo Category for piano. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric, Political Economy of Industrial Societies, and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
