Lawrence Organ

Larry Organ exclusively handles plaintiff’s employment civil rights cases.

He believes that the average person needs the best representation possible to fight for truth and justice against large corporations and other employers.

He has a proven track record of success having won the largest race harassment jury verdict in American history.  In addition, to his $136.9 million victory over Tesla.

He was trial counsel in a $30 million sex harassment case against Ralphs Grocery Company, which, at the time was the largest sexual harassment verdict in the U.S.  Prior to that, he was counsel in the ground-breaking $7 million sex harassment verdict against the world’s largest law firm.  He has been named a Super Lawyer for the last eleven years.  He has tried over 40 cases, and his law practice now focuses primarily on trying cases before juries (and Arbitrators) or helping other attorneys try cases.

He has appeared on CNN, Good Morning America, CBS News and MSNBC.  He has been quoted several times in the New York Times, Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, and Bloomberg.
