Julianne Stanford

Julianne has assumed a leading role in the firm’s development over the past decade. Her knack for strategic development, personnel management, and workflow optimization has ensured that the firm’s continued expansion has meant not only helping more people but helping them more effectively. To that end, Julianne’s priorities as Managing Partner include ensuring optimal case staffing and, importantly, keeping clients informed, invested, and engaged throughout the legal process.

Having represented employees for years, Julianne understands the unparalleled role that employment plays in every aspect of life and the ripple effect that the wrongful loss of a job can have on someone’s life. Her experience advocating for workers pre-litigation thorough trials (and appeals) makes her well-qualified to achieve her goal of making a positive change in the lives of individuals and enforcing California’s expanding laws protecting employees. To that end, she has obtained millions of dollars in settlements, judgments, and awards for her clients.

Outside of her law practice, Julianne advised a national nonprofit leading the fight for gender justice in schools and workplaces on its impact litigation and serves on the Alameda County Bar Associations’ Labor and Employment committee. Julianne also volunteers her time at a nonprofit supervising visits between children and their non-custodial parents for families who by court order have supervised parenting time.

Julianne lives in Arizona with her family and chabrador, Quinn (aptly meaning “counsel”). She enjoys exploring places near and far, the art of salad-making, and cheering on the Fighting Irish during football season.
