The announcement is that the Court has approved preliminary class action designation in race harassment class action against Tesla in Vaughn, et al. v. Tesla.
The suit was filed jointly by two Oakland-based civil rights law firms, California Civil Rights Law Group (CCRLG) and Bryan Schwartz Law.
